Alex includes in pretty much all of her chapters, about the challenges not only on the soccer field but also off. The main idea that I noticed the most was to follow your dreams wether they are big or small and that you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. I usually don't like reading nonfiction books because I think they are boring, but this book really appealed to me, not only because I like soccer but also because of the tips that this book has included in it's text and it's message. This whole book has that same theme about setting goals and following through with them. As she states in that sentence that no matter if you are young or old, big, or small you can still set goals for your self. To me as a person that is actually pretty powerful because it shows that everyone can set goals for themselves, not just pro athletes. ![]() That is the first sentence in the first chapter.
